Digital Leaders
Digital Leaders are a welcomed addition to the Jewell Academy leadership roles. After a lengthy application and interview process, 2 members, from each KS2 class are appointed as Digital Leaders.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Promoting computing at Jewell Academy
- Developing teacher and student computing knowledge
- Maintain and organise computing equipment required for lessons
- Troubleshooting
- Supporting the safe use of technology
The Digital Leader team promotes and develops computing within their classes and supports peers and staff to use digital technology efficiently and safely in their learning.
